Proof of Income Employed
Payslip (PAYE)
- Please ensure that the payslip is your most recent that you have received.
- Please ensure that you have provided your official payslip from your employer and not from your Revenue account (ROS.ie)
- Please ensure that your PPSN is on your payslip - if this is not, please notify your advisor
- If your payslip is password protected, please provide a screenshot as we cannot accept your PIN/password due to GDPR
Salary Certificate
- This is a document that needs to be completed by your employer and will be provided by your broker
- Please ensure that basic income, overtime, commission, bonus details are fuilly completed and accurate.
- Where the employer does not have a company stamp, they will need to provide an accompying letter (on company letterheaded paper) confirming this.
Employment Detail Summary
- This document can be accessed by logging into revenue.ie myaccount.
- The lender will require the most recent as a minimum. Where bonus, overtime or commission is being used, we may need a full 3 year history.
Proof of Income Self Employed
Form 11 and Chapter 4 Self Assessment (Self employed)
- Please provide minimum 2 years most recent form 11 and chapter 4.
- We cannot accept your P60 or P45 for confirmation of income for the year
- If you are trading less than 2 years, you will not be able to proceed until you have this.
Financial Accounts
- If you trade as a sole trader, we will require the 2 years most recent profit and loss
- IF you trade as a LTD company, we will require 2 years most recent financial accounts.
Accountants Letter
- Letter from the accountant to confirm all tax affairs both personally and for the business are up to date.
Business Bank Statements
- 6 months most recent busines bank statements to be provide d to evidence business activity and income levels being drawn.
