You’ll play a key role in delivering a seamless customer journey – supporting both our clients and Financial Advisors from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
• Support clients and Financial Advisors throughout the full finance process
• Coordinate customer callbacks and manage inbound/outbound phone and email communication
• Review, verify and process customer documentation and finance applications
• Ensure all customer interactions are professional, compliant and aligned with regulatory standards
• Provide reliable operational support to help keep deals moving efficiently
